Field Sets

You can change the fields that are displayed in some Lightning components by changing the field sets associated with that component. This section contains information about the field sets packaged in Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector. For more information about changing the field set used by a component, see Setting up Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector.

Warning:
Any changes you make to a packaged field set are lost when a package containing the field set is installed. The new field set overwrites the customized one. When this happens, you will need to re-apply your changes.
Note:

If your org contains a custom field with the same API name as a CSC-PSA Connector field, you cannot include it in a field set. This is because the CSC-PSA Connector's namespace will be added to the field's API name in the field set, which will result in the field returning the value of the packaged field. We recommend you add a unique prefix to the API names of custom fields to avoid this issue.
