Creating PSA Resource Requests

PSA resource requests enable you to request resources from PSA that can then be assigned to playbook tasks. They can be created for any playbook task that does not already have related resource requests or playbook task assignments.

Note:

To create a PSA resource request, you must have a project in PSA with Customer Success Cloud Project selected. For more information, see Creating a Customer Success Cloud Project.

To create a PSA resource request:

  1. On the playbook record, click Actions | Customer Success Cloud - PSA Connector | Request PSA Resource.
  2. In Playbook Task Selection, select the tasks you want to create PSA resource requests for.
  3. Click Create.
