Playbook Task Fields

Here is a description of the fields that Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector adds to the Playbook Task object.

Resource Request

The resource request associated with the task.

This field is populated when a resource request is created in PSA. It is populated by the Connector and cannot be edited.

Note:

If the resource request is deleted, the link to the resource request is also deleted from the associated playbook task.
