Playbook Task Fields

Here is a description of the fields that Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector adds to the Playbook Task object.

Fields Added to the Playbook Task Object

Field	Description
Resource Request	The resource request associated with the task. This field is populated when a resource request is created in PSA. It is populated by the Connector and cannot be edited. Note: If the resource request is deleted, the link to the resource request is also deleted from the associated playbook task.
