Deleting a Playbook

To delete a playbook, you must delete its playbook tasks first.

To delete playbook tasks:

  1. Search for Playbooks in the App Launcher. The Playbooks list view page displays.
  2. Click the playbook you want to delete playbook tasks from.
  3. On the playbook record page, click the Tasks tab.
  4. Ensure you are on the Playbook Task Manager list view. If you are on the task board or scheduler view, click either Task Board or Scheduler, then List to navigate to the list view.
  5. Select the checkbox in the header of the Playbook Task Manager grid to select all playbook tasks.
  6. Click Delete. The Delete Playbook Tasks window displays.
  7. Click Delete.

To delete a playbook:

  1. Search for Playbooks in the App Launcher. The Playbooks list view page displays.
  2. Click Down Arrow next to the playbook that you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete. The Delete Playbook window displays.
  4. Click Delete.
Note:
  • If you try to delete a playbook that contains playbook tasks, an error message displays. This ensures that no related playbook tasks are available after you have deleted the associated playbook.
  • You can also delete an empty playbook in the Playbooks tab of the Customer Success Management Workspace. To do this, click Down Arrow next to the playbook that you want to delete and click Delete in the drop-down list. Then click Delete.
