Playbook Fields
The Playbook object includes the following fields.

Account | The account that relates to the playbook. | |
Active | If selected, the playbook is active. | |
DEPRECATED: Success Plan | This field is obsolete. Instead, you can use the Success Plan field to associate your success plan with a playbook. | |
Description | The description of the playbook. For more information about the formatting options available in the rich text editor, see the Salesforce Help. | |
Duration (Days) | The duration of the playbook in days. | |
End Date | The date the playbook ends. | |
Objective | The objective that relates to the playbook. | |
Owner is Current User | If selected, the owner for the playbook is the current Salesforce user. | |
Playbook Owner | The owner of the playbook. The playbook owner must be an active resource. | |
Playbook Status | The current status of the playbook. | |
Playbook Status | The current status of the playbook displayed as a color. | |
Record Type | R | The type of the playbook record. This field displays only if your administrator has created one or more record types for this object and added this field to the necessary page layouts. The user can select a record type when creating a new playbook record from the Actions panel. If only one record type has been created for this object, that record is selected by default. For more information, see Setting up Customer Success Cloud. |
Role | The resource role associated with the playbook. The Role global picklist value set contains the options available in this picklist field. This field is mandatory when automatically allocating resources to the playbook. | |
Stage | The current stage of the playbook. | |
Start Date | The date the playbook starts. | |
Success Plan | The success plan that relates to the playbook. | |
Team | The team associated with the playbook. | |
Template | If selected, the playbook is a template. |
