Upgrading to PSA Direct for Jira Spring 2024

Synchronize Jira Issue Comments to PSA

To upgrade this feature to Spring 2024 take the following action.

Select the Sync Jira Issue Comments to PSA checkbox from the PSA Direct for Jira Settings Lightning page.	Configuring the PSA Direct for Jira Settings
[Optional] Ensure that the Enable PSA Direct for Jira feature is enabled from the Feature Console.	Enabling PSA Direct for Jira Connector
Ensure that the Notes Settings is enabled.	See the Salesforce Help.
Add the Notes Related List to the Project Task Layout. If you are using the Project to Issue mode, add the Notes Related List to the Project Layout also.
