New Features and Enhancements in Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector October 2024

The following new features have been introduced in the October 2024 release of Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector.

Introducing Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector

We have introduced a new connector package that enables you to connect Services CPQ with Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM). This enables you to add an estimate to its associated Salesforce quote by copying estimate product instances as quote lines. Any records not related to estimate products are copied as a separate quote line and are associated with the selected product.

We have also created an invocable method for adding an estimate to a Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector quote that you can use in Salesforce Flow Builder.
