Unlocking a Locked Plan Scenario

If you have read and write access to a plan that contains a locked scenario, you can unlock the scenario to make it editable again. This might be useful if the scenario was locked by mistake and further changes to it are needed.

Warning:

If the scenario contains calculations or child scenario relationships, when you unlock the scenario, the values are automatically recalculated.

To unlock a scenario:

1. Open the plan that contains the scenario you want to unlock.
2. In the plan table, click Manage Scenarios. The existing scenarios are displayed.
3. In the Locked column, next to the name of the scenario that you want to unlock, deselect the checkbox.
4. Click Save.
5. Click Unlock to confirm the action.

The scenario is now unlocked and can be edited again.
