The following fields are available on the Shortlist Resource object.
| Field | Description |

| Notes | User-entered notes for each shortlisted resource. |
| Resource | Lookup to the resource associated with the shortlist resource record. |
| Shortlist | Lookup to the shortlist associated with the shortlist resource record. |
| Shortlist Resource Id | An automatically generated number for each shortlisted resource after the shortlist is created, with the format [SR-0000000]. This number increases based on how many shortlisted resources are in your org. |
| Status | The status of the shortlisted resource. The default status options can be customized by an administrator. The default status options are: Pending, Approved, Rejected. |
