(Beta) Scheduling Updates to the Services Forecast Live Dataset
The Services Forecast Live dataset includes information about revenue, costs, and margin in PSA and is used as a basis for creating services forecast plans.
You must have the appropriate permissions to update the Services Forecast Live dataset or create a scheduled job to update it. For more information, see Setting up the Services Forecast Live Dataset.
To create a scheduled job to regularly update the Services Forecast Live dataset:

Do one of the following:
- From the PSA Administration tab, scroll down to the Services Forecasting section.
- From the Revenue Forecast Setup tab, open the active revenue forecast setup record. If one does not already exist, you must create one. If you create a new active revenue forecast setup record when there is an existing scheduled job, there is no need to reschedule the job.
- Click Manage Services Forecast Live Dataset. If the button is not available on your Revenue Forecast Setup page layout, you must add it manually.
- Select the destination app for the dataset. For data security purposes, we recommend you select your PS Cloud Core Analytics app.

Select the schedule frequency. The options are:
- "Hourly" (recommended)
- "Daily"
- "Weekly": Select the day or days of the week.
- "Monthly": Specify the day of the month, either as a fixed date, such as day 17 of every month, or as a relative date such as the third Tuesday of every month.
- Enter a start time for the job. For schedules other than hourly, we recommend you set this to a time outside business hours. The job uses your time zone.
- Click Create Scheduled Job.
You can use the Salesforce Data Manager app that is available from the App Launcher to check the progress of the ServicesForecastLiveDatasetSyncScheduler job. For more information on using the Data Manager app, see the Salesforce Help.
You can view or delete the ServicesForecastLiveDatasetSyncScheduler job from the Scheduled Jobs page. For more information, see the Salesforce Help.
