Resource Request Staffer includes the following fields.
Unmatched Resource Requests Grid Fields
The table below describes the default fields available in the Unmatched Resource Requests grid on the Unmatched tab.
| Field | Description |

| Resource Request Id | The resource request record identifier. The format is RR- followed by a generated number. |
| Account | The account that relates to the resource request. |
| Project | The project that relates to the resource request. |
| Resource Role | The requested role for the resource defined on the resource request. |
| Start Date | The start date of the resource request. |
| End Date | The end date of the resource request. |
| Requested Hours | The requested amount of hours for the resource defined on the resource request. |
| Status |
The status of the resource request. The default values are:

| Suggested Resource | The name of the resource that has been suggested on the resource request. |
Matched Resource Requests Grid Fields
The table below describes the default fields available in the Matched Resource Requests grid on the Matched tab.

| Matched Resource | The name of the matched resource who is matched to a resource request when the matching process completes. |
| Availability | The availability of the matched resource. Your administrator can configure the availability to be displayed in hours or as a percentage. For more information, see Resource Request Staffer Lightning Component Properties. |
Filters Panel Fields
The table below describes the default fields available in the Filters panel on the Unmatched tab.

| Start Date From | * | The initial date of the resource request start range. |
| Start Date To | The closing date of the resource request start range. | |
| Status | The value of the Status field on the Resource Request object. | |
| Project | The value of the Project field on the Resource Request object. | |
| Opportunity | The value of the Opportunity field on the Resource Request object. | |
| Region | The value of the Region field on the Resource Request object. | |
| Practice | The value of the Practice field on the Resource Request object. | |
| Group | The value of the Group field on the Resource Request object. | |
| Resource Role | The value of the Resource Role field on the Resource Request object. The field's values are determined by the values of the Resource Role picklist on the Resource Request object. |
Unmatched Tab Buttons
The Resource Request Staffer Lightning component includes the following buttons on the Unmatched tab.

| Match Resources | Matches resources to resource requests. Additionally, if there are resource requests on the Matched tab, this clears the matched resources from the resource requests. |
| Grouping criteria |
The criterion used to group the resource requests in drop-downs in the grid. The default fields are:
Your administrator can customize the columns displayed in the grid by using a field set. In this case, the values are derived from the fields included in the field set. For more information, see Resource Request Staffer Lightning Component Properties. |

Opens and closes the Resource Details panel. From this panel, you can view which of the necessary credentials and skills outlined in the resource request the resource matches. You can also view whether the resource must match with all or any of the essential skills. The following details display well:

Opens and closes the Settings panel. From this panel you can decide the order in which resources are matched, by establishing priorities, and setting individual weightings of your matching criteria. |

Opens and closes the Filters panel. From this panel you can filter the resource requests displayed in the Unmatched Resource Requests grid based on the attributes specified. |
Matched Tab Buttons
The Resource Request Staffer Lightning component includes the following buttons on the Matched tab.

| Clear Selected | Removes the matched resources from the selected resource requests. Cleared resource requests are removed from the Matched tab and displayed on the Unmatched tab if they match the filter criteria. |
| Shortlist Selected | Add matched resources to the shortlists of the selected resource requests. |
| Hold Selected | Holds resources against the selected resource requests. |
| Assign Selected | Assigns the selected resources to the related resource requests. The assigned resource requests are removed from the grid. |
