Viewing Resource Details in Resource Request Staffer

For a suggested or matched resource, you can view:

  • Which resource request attributes the resource matches.
  • Whether the resource must match with all or any of the essential skills.

To view these details:

  1. Done one of the following:
    • Hover over a matched or suggested resource in the Matched Resource or Suggested Resource grid columns on the Matched tab.

    • Open the Resource Details panel by doing one of the following:

      • Click the name of the suggested or matched resource.
      • To see the details of the last viewed resource again, click Open the Resource Details panel.
  2. Click Close the Resource Details panel to close the Resource Details panel.
