Services Credits Deliverables Overview

Services Credits Deliverables enable you to better structure project work that is funded by services credits. A deliverable represents a template of a defined outcome or service offered to your customers. The deliverable provides a way of grouping the milestones and related records necessary to complete the work involved in delivering the service, so that all records can be added to a project in one go.

A deliverable is defined by one or more deliverable items. Each of the items represents a defined piece of work that contributes to a deliverable. Each deliverable item is associated with a template milestone, providing the grouping of the milestones necessary to complete the work involved in delivering the service. Deliverables can then be added to the project, which provides an easy and quick way to add all the milestones associated with the deliverable items and the related records associated with those milestones.
