Customizing the Filters Panels

Customizing the Filters panels helps customer success managers (CSMs) find the right records faster. Administrators can use the fields of the CS Cloud Filter Settings custom setting to set up the fields that display in the Filters panels in the following components:

  • Account Grid, using the Account Filters Panel Fields custom setting field
  • Activity Tracker, using the Activity Tracker Filters Panel Fields custom setting field
  • The Add Accounts to Product window, using the Add Accounts to Product Filter Fields custom setting field
  • The Add Accounts to Segment window, using the Add Accounts to Segment Filter Fields custom setting field
  • The Add Accounts to Timesheet window, using the Add Accounts to Timesheet Filter Fields custom setting field
  • The Add Team Members window in the Team Management tab of the Team object, using the Add Team Members Additional Filter Fields custom setting field
  • The Allocate Resources window in the resourcing tab of the record, using the Allocate Resources Filter Fields custom setting field
  • The Mass Allocate Playbooks window, using the Mass Allocate Playbooks Filter Fields custom setting field
  • The Select a Playbook Template section of the Create Playbook window, using the Playbook Template Filters Panel Fields custom setting field
  • The Select an Objective Template section of the Create Objective window, using the Objective Template Filters Panel Fields custom setting field
  • The Select a Success Plan Template section of the Create Success Plan window, using the Success Plan Template Filters Fields custom setting field
  • Playbook Task Portfolio Calendar and Playbook Task Portfolio Grid, using the Playbook Task Filters Panel Fields custom setting field
  • Value Tracker, using the Value Tracker Filters Panel Fields custom setting field

These custom setting fields can be used to specify the API names of the field sets that define the additional fields displayed in those Filters panels.
