Custom Settings
Some aspects of Customer Success Cloud are controlled by custom settings. From Setup, go to Custom Code | Custom Settings. You must be signed in with administrator permissions to change these settings. For more information about maintaining custom settings, see the Salesforce Help.
CS Cloud Account Settings
Use these settings to control the behavior of account components in Customer Success Cloud.
