Resource Match Process Fields

The Resource Match Process object includes the following fields.

Field Description
Error Details The errors or warnings that occurred during the resource matching process.
Matched Resource Allocation Async Job The async job record that allocates the matched resource within the resource match process.
Number of Resource Requests The number of resource requests included in the resource match process.
Origin The origin of the resource match process. This text field indicates where the resource match process was run from: Auto-Assign or Resource Request Staffer.
Respect Staffing Preferences If true, indicates that the resource match process staffed resource requests according to their staffing preferences. When staffing preferences are respected, they override values chosen at run time in Resource Request Staffer and the default values in the Resource Search Service custom setting.

This field will be deprecated in a future release. It is replaced by the Origin field.
Status

The current status of the resource matching process can be one of the following:

  • Actioned: The resource request is either held or assigned, the matched resources have been cleared, or an error occurred during auto-assign.

  • Canceled: The resource matching process was canceled.
  • Error: An error was encountered and the process could not be completed.
  • In Progress: The resource matching process is currently in progress.
  • Success: The resource matching process completed successfully.
