Resource Request Staffer Lightning Component Properties

This table lists the fields available in the Properties panel in the Lightning App Builder for the PSA Resource Request Staffer Lightning component.

Assignment Work History Field Set The field set containing the custom fields that are displayed in the Assignment Work History window. If "None" is selected or a selected field set does not contain any valid fields, the default fields are displayed. None
Custom Columns Field Set

Select a field set to display custom columns in the Open Resource Requests and Resource Request Match Results grids. --None-- displays no custom fields.

Columns are displayed for the fields in your chosen field set, plus the following fields:

  • Resource Request Id in the Open Resource Requests grid
  • Resource Request Id, Matched Resource, Match Quality, and Availability in the Resource Request Match Results grid.

If you want to retain any of the other original columns, you must add them to your field set.

Note:

Resource Request Staffer supports date/time and currency fields when they are added to field sets for controlling the columns displayed in the grids.

Custom Filters Field Set

Select a field set related to the Resource Request object to display fields in the Filters panel. --None-- displays the default fields.

Filter criteria are displayed for the fields in your chosen field set, plus the following fields:

  • Start Date From/To
  • Status

If you want to retain any of the other original filter criteria, you must add them to your field set.

Note:

Resource Request Staffer supports the following field types in custom filters:

  • Checkbox
  • Currency
  • Date
  • Lookup Relationship
  • Number
  • Percent
  • Picklist (not the Multi-Select type)
  • Text

If you select a field set that includes other field types, these do not show in the Filters panel.

Contact Card Custom Fields Field Set Select a field set to display custom fields in the Resource Details panel. --None-- displays no custom fields. None
Contact Card Show Resource Requests If selected, resource requests are displayed in the Resource Details panel. Selected
Contact Card Show Scheduled Time in Hours If selected, a resource's scheduled time is displayed in hours in the Resource Details panel. Deselected

Minimum Availability Default Value (%)

Set the minimum availability required for resources to be matched. If there is a staffing preference associated with a resource request and the Respect Staffing Preferences checkbox is selected, the minimum availability on the staffing preference overrides this default.
