Override Default General Ledger Accounts for Billing Contracts
Upgrade Steps
To upgrade this feature to Spring 2026, take the following action.

| Ensure that the Billing Central - Contract - Schedule Billing Run permission set is assigned to the relevant users to use the Automatic Creation of Sales Credit Note When Ending Contracts action on the Billing Central Task Launcher page. | Permission Sets and Other Technical Documentation |
| Ensure that you select the Enable Override Product GLA setting in the Accounting Settings custom setting to override GLA when cancelling a billing contract. | Accounting Settings |
