Adding Calculations to Plan Cells in Text Mode

Note:

To add a calculation to a plan cell using text mode, you must be assigned the Use the Formula Builder in Text Mode feature permission via a feature access rule.

To add a calculation to a plan cell using text mode:

1. On the Plans tab, navigate to the desired plan and plan cell.
2. Click inside the Formula Builder and enter your formula. For more information about formula syntax, see Formula Syntax.
3. Click .
4. Click Save.

Warning:

A cell cannot reference a calculation that contains a different unit of measure than that of the cell. Cells that reference calculations with no assigned unit of measure default to the cell's unit of measure.
