PSA incorporates Agentforce AI Agents and generative AI to support project and resource management workflows. These features provide automated record summarization and conversational interfaces for monitoring staffing and project health. Project managers and resource managers can use these tools to generate status updates, manage resource allocation, and identify areas requiring attention based on current project data.

Certinia Work Reallocation Agent Conversational AI Agent Assists in reallocating assignments via natural language by splitting assignments, swapping resources, or replacing assignments with resource requests, based on date ranges and availability.
Project AI Summary Generative AI Generates summaries of a project's status, including financials (bookings, billings, project margin, total costs, and budget comparison), risks, staffing, and deliverables. Provides actions to generate client-facing summaries, executive summaries, and RAID Next Steps, which cover issues, risks, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies. You can also create Action, Issue, and Risk records directly from the summary.
Project Task AI Summary Generative AI Provides a snapshot of project tasks, including a completion percentage and task themes. Highlights tasks nearing completion, overdue items, and tasks that are blocked or require attention. Offers recommendations on which tasks to prioritize based on their status.
PSA Resource AI Summary Generative AI Summarizes a resource's suitability for a resource request. Highlights their length of service (if over six months), their practice, and the characteristics that make them suitable for the current request. Also includes their 10 most recently updated key skills (updated within the last 12 months), and details of the 10 most recent resource requests with over 100 requested hours that they were assigned to.
