Scheduling Skill Suggestion Notifications for Resources

To schedule notifications for skill suggestions to be sent to resources automatically:

1. On the PSA Administration page, click Schedule Skill Suggestion Notifications for Resources in the Scheduled Actions section. The Schedule Skill Suggestion Notification for Resources window opens.
2. In the Frequency field, select "Monthly" or "Quarterly".
3. In the Schedule Start Time field, select a time.
4. In the Monthly Method field, select a notification method. For more information, see Scheduling Resource Skill Suggestion Notifications Fields.
5. Click Schedule.

You can view the details of the job in Setup | Scheduled Jobs. Once the job is running, you can view it from the Asynchronous Framework Tracker page.
