Scheduling Resource Skill Suggestion Notifications Fields

The Scheduling Resource Skill Suggestion Notifications window on the PSA Administration page includes the following fields.

Field Description
Frequency

The frequency that notifications are sent. The values are:

  • "Monthly"
  • "Quarterly"
Schedule Start Time The time that notifications are sent.
Monthly Method

Defines when notifications are sent. The values are:

  • "Last Day of Month": Notifications are sent on the last day of the current month.

    Example:

    If today's date is May 1, 2026, notifications are sent starting May 31, 2026.

  • "Date": Notifications are sent on the selected day of the current month. Selecting this displays the Day of the Month field.

    Example:
    • Today's date: May 1, 2026
    • Day of the Month: 15

    Notifications are sent starting May 15, 2026.

  • "Day of the Month": Notifications are sent on the selected day of the week. Selecting this displays the Day of the Month and Day of the Week fields.

    Example:
    • Today's date: May 1, 2026
    • Day of the Week: Tuesday
    • Day of the Month: 1st

    Notifications are sent starting May 5, 2026.

  • "Days Before Month End": Notifications are sent a specific number of days before the last day of the current month. Selecting this displays the Number of Days field.

    Example:
    • Today's date: May 1, 2026
    • Number of Days: 1

    Notifications are sent starting May 30, 2026.
