To display skill suggestions for resources on the PSA Manage Skills and Certifications component, follow the steps below.

| 3 | [Optional] In the Suggested Resource Skills Location field in the Skills Management Global Settings custom setting, enter the API name of an app page that contains the PSA Manage Skills and Certifications component. When a user clicks a notification, they are redirected to the Manage Skills and Certifications window in that app page. Ensure the component is added directly to the page, outside Salesforce standard container components such as the Tabs and Accordion components. Otherwise, the Manage Skills and Certifications window will not open when clicking a notification. | Skills Management Global Settings |
