Access Rules for Services Forecasts

You can create access rules to limit what specific users can do in forecasts. An access rule can restrict a user's access to specific cells within a forecast or the actions they can perform.

Cell Access Rules

Cell access rules limit which forecast cells specific users can edit. You define the dimension values, the measures, and the users that the rule applies to, making the matching cells read-only for those users. For more information, see Cell Access Rules.

Feature Access Rules

Feature access rules define which actions specific users can perform on a forecast. You select the features the rule enables and the users it applies to. The corresponding actions are automatically hidden or disabled for those users. For more information, see Feature Access Rules.
