Veda Page Overview

The Veda page is a dedicated version of agent chat that gives you more space to work with detailed or complex responses. The page includes the same features as agent chat. For more information about the features in agent chat, see Agent Chat Overview. Additionally, the Veda page enables you to review your past conversations with any agent.

When you open the page from the chat container, your active conversation carries over so that you can continue it without losing context. A conversation can be open in the chat container or on the page, but not in both at the same time. When you open the page, the container closes.

You can also access the Veda page from the App Launcher.

Conversation History

The Veda page includes a side panel that lists your last 20 conversations with any agent. The conversations are listed chronologically, with the most recent at the top. For each conversation, your first message and the date display.

Conversation history is read-only. You can open a past conversation to review it, but you cannot edit or continue it.
