Editing Sub-Related Lists in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder

You can easily edit the sub-related list that you added in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder.

To do so:

  1. In the related list data section, click Edit next to a sub-related list. The Edit Sub-Related List window opens.
  2. Edit the name, related list, or description.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Edit the fields, filters, limit and ordering in the subsequent steps.
  5. Click Save.

  6. Click Save to save the configuration.

If you have defined multiple sub-related lists, you can edit using the following steps:

  1. In the related list data section, click  | Edit Sub-Related List. Edit Sub-Related List window opens.
  2. Select the sub-related list that you want to edit. You can also search for a sub-related list in the search box.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Edit the fields, filters, limit and ordering in the subsequent steps.
  5. Click Save.

  6. Click Save to save the configuration.

Alternatively, to edit or delete filters and limit and ordering for the sub-related list records:

  • Click  | Edit or Delete next to the Filters section under the sub-related list.
  • Click  | Edit or Delete next to the Limit and Ordering section under the sub-related list.
