CS Presentation Template Configuration

Create CS Presentation Template

You can use the Create CS Presentation Template action to upload a PPTX file and set the template's name, type, account, and description in a single window. For more information, see Setting up CS Presentation Templates.

Resource Management

This section contains the action that enables you to synchronize resource records with your Customer Success Cloud licensed users. This action is available only when the Enable User Resource Sync field is selected in the CS Cloud Process Settings custom setting.

Sync Resources from Users

You can use the Sync Resources from Users action to bring the resource records in your org into line with your licensed users on demand. When you select the action, a confirmation window opens. After you confirm, Customer Success Cloud updates the resource for every licensed user in the background: it activates a resource for each licensed, active user that does not have one, and deactivates the resource for each user who is no longer licensed or active. This picks up the license grants and revocations that the automatic synchronization does not, and corrects any resources that are out of step with their users. The synchronization also updates each resource's line manager to match the manager of its associated user.

An informational message with a link to the Apex Jobs page is displayed so that you can monitor the job. If the Resource Sync Notifications setting is enabled, the user who started the synchronization also receives a notification when the job completes or fails, reporting the number of resources activated and deactivated. For more information about this setting, see Custom Settings.

You can also run the same synchronization from a flow or an Agentforce agent using the Sync Users to Resources invocable action. For more information, see Custom Actions.

For more information about how resources stay in sync with their associated users, see Resourcing Overview.

AI Prompt Template Configurations

This section contains actions that enable you to configure prompt templates for AI summary content, including links to the AI Prompt Configuration Builder and individual summary prompt assignments. You can view this section only if you enable generative AI. For more information, see AI Prompt Template Overview and Assigning a Prompt Configuration to a Prompt Template.
