AI Prompt Template Overview

AI prompt templates enable you to tailor generative AI content such as the Account Summary or Business Review Summary to your exact needs. AI prompt templates can be customized to add or remove fields, change the date window, narrow by activity type, change record limits, and adjust ordering.

Administrators can create or clone AI prompt templates in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder and assign them in the AI Prompt Template Configurations section of the Customer Success Administration page. After the prompt template configuration is saved, generate the AI content to see the reflected changes. If no custom prompt template configuration is selected, the packaged default is used. If the assigned configuration has been removed or renamed, Certinia Help uses the packaged default.

Note: Building prompt configurations is part of the AI Core package. Before you can create configurations, the AI Prompt Configuration Builder must be set up and the relevant permission set assigned. See Setting Up AI Prompt Configuration Builder for more information.
