Assigning a Prompt Configuration to a Prompt Template

Before you begin, you must create or clone a prompt configuration in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder. For more information, see Creating AI Prompt Configurations and Cloning AI Prompt Configurations.

To assign a prompt configuration to a prompt template:

  1. On the Customer Success Administration page, navigate to the AI Prompt Template Configurations section.

  2. Click the link to the AI summary prompt templates you want to configure.

  3. Select the default prompt template configuration in the drop-down menus.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Generate your AI content.

Note: If you have already generated a summary, you must regenerate after saving your changes.
