SECTIONSViewing Opportunity Record Work Planner
When added to an opportunity record, the PSA Work Planner lets users review resource requests before the project is created. Filter criteria are automatically set to match the opportunity's requirements. This enables in optimizing the workflow and viewing the Work Planner directly from the opportunity record without switching to the Work Planner separately.
To view the opportunity record work planner:
- From the App Launcher, search for and select the Opportunities tab.
- Select the opportunity you want to view.
- Click the Resources tab. The opportunity record work planner is displayed.
