Apply to Sub-Regions, Practices & Groups		If selected, the rate modifier also applies to the sub-regions, practices, and groups of the region, practice, or group it is scoped to.
Description		Description of the rate modifier.
End Date		End date of the rate modifier.
Estimate	*	The estimate the rate modifier relates to.
Estimate Rate Modifier Name	*	The name of the rate modifier.
Group		The group that the rate modifier applies to.
Practice		The practice that the rate modifier applies to.
Rate Type	*	The rate the modifier applies to.
Region		The region that the rate modifier applies to.
Role		The resource role that the rate modifier applies to.
Start Date		Start date of the rate modifier.
Value (%)	*	The value of the rate modifier as a percentage.
