Timecard Field Sets

Here are the field sets contained within the Timecard object.

TCMonHourTooltip TCTueHourTooltip TCWedHourTooltip TCThuHourTooltip TCFriHourTooltip TCSatHourTooltip TCSunHourTooltip	Allows you to define fields from the detail section of a timecard that appear when you hover over the number of hours marked in blue on the Manage Timecards to Approve page. The fields that you can add are Location, Project Location, Travel, and Notes. You can also add fields that appear in the Additional Fields section of the detail section of a timecard. Mon Easy Entry Fields Tue Easy Entry Fields Wed Easy Entry Fields Thu Easy Entry Fields Fri Easy Entry Fields Sat Easy Entry Fields Sun Easy Entry Fields	Defines the fields available when you double-click a daily hour cell, or press the DOWN ARROW key while that cell is selected, to show the easy entry popup on the Time Entry page. You must set the "Show Easy Entry Popup" configuration option to enable the easy entry popup. Warning Certain timecard fields available to add to the field sets—namely Additional Notes, Audit Notes and Timecard Notes—only exist on the overall timecard line, rather than the day. Therefore, you should only add these fields to a single daily easy entry field set (such as Fri Easy Entry Fields) to avoid only the value entered for the final day being saved to your organization. Notes The daily notes, travel and location picklist on the timecard object is included in the daily easy entry field sets by default. If you want the daily project location lookup to appear on the easy entry popup, you must edit the relevant field set to include it. You cannot enter daily values for other fields such as Milestone, Phase and Weekly Notes.	Time Entry	Daily Notes
