About Staffer

The FinancialForce PSA Staffer is a graphical tool which allows you to visually match resources to resource requests, and then add the resources to the requests, saving the time it takes to do these steps with the native FinancialForce PSA pages.

You locate a resource request, and the Staffer shows potential available resources. You then drag the resource under the resource request on the Staffer worksheet, and optionally adjust the schedule. When you are finished matching a resource to a resource request, you switch to the plan sheet, save the plan, and the resource is added to the resource request.

Note

You can add as many resources to the worksheet on the Staffer as you want, but you can only assign one resource at a time for each resource request.
