Field NameField LabelCreated in VersionDescriptionTypeRequiredDefault Value
certinia__Agent_Claim__c Agent Claim Summer 2026 The agent's platform identity in the format serviceNamespace/serviceAccountName (for example, ai-dev/staffing-agent), sent as the agent claim in the outbound JWT so the platform can authorize the org for the agent and route the request. Must match the target service's serviceAccountName, not the Kubernetes Service or CR name. Set the field on the Default record for single-agent orgs, or on a record named after an agent key to override per agent. Used as the fallback when the agent does not advertise its identity through the get_agents contract.

certinia__Agent_Named_Credential__c AI Connector Named Credential Summer 2026 Named Credential API name for the shared agent proxy. When set on the Default record, agents route through this credential plus their per-agent URL prefix (multi-agent routing). A record named after an agent key can set this field to route that agent through a different proxy. Leave blank to use the AI Connector Service URL field for single-agent routing.

Text(255) false
certinia__Agent_Service_URL__c AI Connector Service URL Summer 2026 Named Credential-relative path to the AI Connector service, in the form namespace__AI_Connector/api/deployment. On the Default record, the path drives single-agent routing. On a record named after an agent key, the path overrides the shared multi-agent route for that agent only. The field has no default value: per-agent records leave it blank to inherit the URL from the Default record.
