Adding Additional Charges
You can add additional charges to a service contract line for additional work carried out without creating a change request. Additional charges are added to an invoice when the SCM billing engine runs. To add an additional charge to the service contract line to which the work relates:
- Click New Additional Charge in the Additional Charges related list in the service contract line to which to want to associate the charge.
- Enter the Item Master to which the additional charge relates.
- Enter the Price to be charged for one instance of the item.
- Enter the Quantity of items.
- [Optional] Enter an additional description of the additional charge.
- Click Save.
