Sending Hooks

The Sending Hooks feature enables Foundations to deliver messages for managed publications using Salesforce Process Builder. This enables you to change the way in which messages are sent by a managed publication. For more information, see Use Process Builder and Sending Hook.

To enable this feature, these steps must be carried out on your Salesforce org:

• Add the Use Process Builder and Sending Hook fields to the Publication page layout.
• Ensure that a Sending Hook is specified on customized publications.
• Select the Use Process Builder on customized publications.

You can use the Feature Console tab to carry out these steps.

Note:

Once the Sending Hook Update feature step is carried out, you cannot revert it.
