Adding a Skill or Certification Zone

To associate skills, categories and certifications with regions, practices, and groups in your organization:

1. Do one of the following depending on the way in which your administrator has set up your organization:
   • Click the Regions, Practices or Groups tab. Select an RPG Abbreviation of region, practice, group. that you want to associate the zone to. Click New Skill / Certification Zone in the Skill / Certification Zones related list.
   • Click the Skill / Certification Zones tab and click New.
2. Complete the fields on the New Skill / Certification Zone page as described in Skill / Certification Zone Fields.
3. Click Save.
