Skills Management Fields

The Skills Management Lightning app page includes the following fields and buttons.

Mass Manage Resource Skills

Key:
* – Mandatory field
R – Read-only
O – Obsolete.

Field			Description
Full Name			The name of the resource.
Account ID
Email
Region			The region, practice, or group that the resource belongs to.
Practice
Group
Resource Role			The resource's role.
Skills and Certification			Displays the last five updated skills and certifications.

Add to Profile

Field			Description
Skill / Certification			The skill or certification to which the rating applies.
Record Type			The record type name for this skill.
Rating			The level of exposure or ability that the resource has for the skill or certification.
Expiration Date			Date on which the skill or certification rating expires.
Evaluation Date			Date on which the rating was evaluated.

Buttons

Button	Description
Apply Skills	Applies skills for the resource.
Add	Add skills to the resource profile.
Cancel	Returns to the Mass Manage Resource Skills window.
Delete Skills	Opens the Delete Skills window.
Delete	Deletes the selected skills.
