You can calculate missing timecards for a regionClosed A level of hierarchy used in PSA to which other objects belong such as resources, opportunities and projects., practiceClosed A level of hierarchy used in PSA to which other objects belong such as resources, opportunities and projects. or groupClosed A level of hierarchy used in PSA to which other objects belong such as resources, opportunities and projects.. You can calculate missing timecards immediately, or schedule the calculation to occur at regular intervals.

If you have the privileges to do so you can change whether a missing timecard is calculated using the missing-timecard-status setting and the Missing Timecards custom setting. See Timecard Settings and Missing Timecard Generation Settings.

Note:

Missing timecards do not show active resources that are excluded from missing timecard calculations.

Missing timecard reports show resources who entered no timecards for the weeks that they were expected to enter some timecard hours. You can use Estimates versus Actuals to work out whether a resource entered the correct amount of hours. For further information, see Estimates Versus Actuals.

The week start day is calculated using the Common Settings custom setting and not the work calendar of the target resources. For further information, see Common Settings.
