Managing Skills, Certifications, and Aspirations in the PSA Mobile Application

Viewing Skills, Certifications, or Aspirations
The navigation tabs of the Manage Skills and Certifications tab have list views. The list view lets you view a list containing your skills, certifications, and aspirations.
To view your skills, certifications, or aspirations:
- Tap the Manage Skills and Certifications tab. The Manage Skills and Certifications page displays.

Tap one of the following:
- My Skills
- My Certifications
- My Aspirations
The details of your skills, certifications, or aspirations are displayed. Here skill or certification rating records are displayed. By default, a maximum of 50 records are displayed.
Adding Skills and Certifications
You can add a skill and certification only for your default resource record.
To add a skill or certification:
- Tap the Manage Skills and Certifications tab. The Manage Skills and Certifications page displays.

Tap one of the following:
- My Skills
- My Certifications
- Tap Add. The Add panel displays. On the Add panel, skills or certifications are sorted by default by name.
- [Optional] Tap in the Search box and start typing the skill or certification name you want to search. All relevant records are displayed. Your selections are retained when you have cleared the Search box.
- Tap the checkboxes of the skills or certifications you want to add.
- Tap Save. Your skill or certification rating records are added to the My Skills or My Certifications page.
Editing Skills and Certifications
To edit skills or certifications:
- Tap the Manage Skills and Certifications tab. The Manage Skills and Certifications page displays.

Tap one of the following:
- My Skills
- My Certifications
- Tap the skill or certification rating record you want to edit. The detail page is displayed. You can tap the links in the fields to check the details of respective records.
- Tap Edit on the detail page. The Edit panel displays.
- Update the fields you want to edit.
- Tap Save.
Your selected skill or certification rating record is updated and the updated record is displayed on the detail page. Tap the Close button to go to the list view page.
Deleting Skills and Certifications
To delete skills or certifications:
- Tap the Manage Skills and Certifications tab. The Manage Skills and Certifications page displays.

Tap one of the following:
- My Skills
- My Certifications
- The list of your skill or certification rating records is displayed.
- Tap the skill or certification rating records you want to delete. The detail page displays. You can tap the links in the fields to check the details of respective records.
- Tap Delete on the detail page. The Delete Skill or Certification confirmation window displays.
- Tap Delete.
