Selecting an Org Type for Mobile Time

If your organization uses custom login URLs or a Sandbox org, you must specify your Salesforce organization type prior to logging in.

Android

1. On your device, launch Mobile Time.
2. On the login page, tap the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Tap Change Server.
4. Select the type of organization you are logging into: Production or Sandbox.
5. Tap Apply.

To add a Custom Host:

1. On your device, launch Mobile Time.
2. On the login page, tap the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Tap Change Server.
4. Tap Add Connection.
5. Specify a name and URL. Use fully-qualified URL, including https:// in the value.
6. Tap Apply.

iOS

1. On your device, navigate to Settings > PSA Time.
2. Under Connection, tap Login Host.
3. Select the type of organization you are logging into: Production, Sandbox, or Custom Host.

Note:

If you use Custom Host settings, you must include the URL of the Custom Host login page on the Custom Host field listed under Connection.
