Undergoing Maintenance

If you see a warning message telling you that Revenue Management is currently undergoing maintenance, do not attempt to use the product. This applies whether you want to create records, such as recognition settings and templates, or run processes, such as revenue recognition and forecasting.

The likely reason for this warning message is that Certinia Support are investigating an issue on your org.

Your administrator should be aware of any work being performed by Certinia Support, and should know when Revenue Management is expected to be available again.
