Reminder Log Fields

These are the fields that are available for Reminder Logs.

Reminder Logs

These fields display on the Reminder Log home page.

Field		Description
Account		A lookup to the account that the reminder was sent to.
Billing Document		A lookup to the billing document number. If billing document reminders are sent, the billing document number is displayed.
Is Excluded		If selected, the sales invoice was excluded from the reminder process.
Log Type		Displays the log type. Reminder logs can have the following types: Information. The reminder was sent successfully or the invoice was excluded from the reminder process. Error. There was a problem sending the reminder.
Message		Information on the reminder log status. If the log type is error, then this includes information on the error.
Reason For Exclusion		Displays the reason for exclusion, if entered when the reminder was excluded.
Reminder		A lookup to the reminder that the reminder log was generated for.
Reminder Log Reference Number		An auto-generated number. Click the reference number to view the Reminder Log Detail page.
Sales Invoice		A lookup to the sales invoice that the reminder was sent for.
Transaction Line Item		A lookup to the transaction line item that the reminder was sent for.

These additional fields display on the Details tab of the Reminder Log Detail page.

Field		Description
Additional Email Addresses		A text field containing any additional email addresses that the associated reminder was sent to.
Contact		A lookup to the contact that the reminder was sent to.
Email Content		A text field showing the content of the reminder email, taken from the Subject field on the template.

The following sections are displayed on the Related tab on the Reminder Log Details page.

Section		Description
Files		Contains any files that have been attached to the email reminder.
Notes & Attachments		Contains any attachments that were sent with the reminder email using Conga.
Reminder Detailed Contact Log		Contains details of the email addresses that reminders were sent to and the associated error message.

The following custom fields are displayed on the Reminder Contact Details Log.

Field		Description
Additional Contact Address		Contains the additional email address that the reminder was sent to.
Contact		The Collections Contact email address that the reminder was sent to.
Message		The error message associated with the reminder.
Reminder Detailed Contact Log Reference		Auto-generated number for the reminder detailed contact log record.
Status		Status of the associated reminder process.
