Account Customer Success Segment Fields

The Account Customer Success Segment object includes the following fields.

Account Customer Success Segment Fields

Field

  Description
Account * The account that relates to the account customer success segment.
Active   If selected, the account customer success segment is active.
Customer Success Segment * The customer success segment that relates to the account customer success segment.
End Date   The end date of the account customer success segment.
Health Score Output 1  

If selected, the first health score for the segment is displayed in the related field on the account record.

Note:

Only one health score per segment for each account is supported. You can use the additional health score output field to enable accounts associated with multiple segments to display the relevant health score.

Health Score Output 2  

If selected, the second health score for the segment is displayed in the related field on the account record.

Start Date * The start date of the account customer success segment.
