Creating Account Customer Success Segments
To create an account customer success segment:
- Navigate to the Account Customer Success Segments tab.
- Click New.
- Select an account for the account customer success segment.
- Select a customer success segment for the account customer success segment.
- Select a start date.
- [Optional] Select the Health Score Output 1 checkbox if you want to display the health score for the segment in the related field on the account record.
- [Optional] Select an end date.
- Click Save to save the account customer success segment or Save & New to save the account customer success segment and create a new one.
