Creating Customer Success Segment Metrics
To create a customer success segment metric:
- Navigate to the Customer Success Segment Metrics tab.
- Click New.
- Select a customer success metric for the customer success segment metric.
- Select a customer success segment for the customer success segment metric.
- Select a weighting for the customer success segment metric.
- Select a lower threshold for the customer success segment metric.
- Select an upper threshold for the customer success segment metric.
- Click Save to save the customer success segment metric or Save & New to save the customer success segment metric and create a new one.
