The Customer Success Segment Metric object includes the following fields.

Customer Success Metric   The customer success metric that relates to the customer success segment metric.
Customer Success Segment   The customer success segment that relates to the customer success segment weighting.
Lower Threshold *

Determines the lower limit for the metric.

Note:

This field only supports values that are whole numbers. It does not support decimal places. Although you can enter a number with up to two decimal places, the health score will not be calculated accurately if you do so.
Upper Threshold *

Determines the upper limit for the metric.

Weighting * Determines the contribution that each metric has towards the account's health score.
