Fields

The CS Cloud Analytics Setup object includes the following fields.

CS Cloud Analytics Setup Fields
Field Description
Account Health Score Field 1 The API name of the first field on the Account object that the health score is saved to.
Account Health Score Field 2 The API name of the second field on the Account object that a health score is saved to.
Active If selected, the CS Cloud Analytics setup record is active and can be used to create the CS Cloud Core Analytics app. You can only create one CS Cloud Core Analytics app regardless of how many setup records you have.
Note:

You can only have one active CS Cloud analytics setup record. You must either edit the existing record or delete it before creating a new CS Cloud Analytics setup record.
Output Connector Name The developer name of the output connector used to store health score information on the account.

Create CS Cloud Core Analytics App L Creates the CS Cloud Core Analytics app created with the CS Cloud Core Analytics app template.
Create Metric Account Values Dataset L

Creates the Metric Account Values dataset.

Note:

When there is no existing dataset clicking this button creates the Metric Account Values dataset. If a Metric Account Values dataset already exists, clicking this button updates the dataset.
