The data volumes generated from the records in the Customer Success Metric Account Value object are dependent on the number of records. The number of records generated depends on the number of accounts, metrics, and the frequency that the metrics are updated.

We recommend that you review and analyze your metrics to appropriately select the update frequency required. Storage requirements are significantly reduced by accurately considering the most appropriate update cadence for the metrics. For example, quarterly business review metrics might require a less frequent update schedule compared to escalated case metrics. Volumes can also be reduced by only running the jobs on the days you require, for example, working days.
