Mass Allocate Playbooks Window Fields

The Mass Allocate Playbooks window enables you to view and select unallocated playbooks and automatically allocate resources to them.

Fields

The following table describes the fields displayed in the Mass Allocate Playbooks window.

Fields	Description
Search	This is a global search for the visible fields of the unallocated playbooks, excluding the date field in the unallocated playbooks table. When you start typing characters, the search happens on all the unallocated playbook fields in the table and narrows down the search results as you type.

The following table describes the columns displayed in the Unallocated Playbooks table of the Mass Allocate Playbooks window.

Column	Description
Playbook Name	The name of the unallocated playbooks. Note: The table only displays playbooks that are unallocated, active, and non-template.
Account	The account associated with the playbook.
Start Date	The date on which the playbook was created.
End Date	The date on which the playbook is scheduled to be completed.
Role	The role associated with the playbook.
Region	The region associated with the playbook.

	Open Filters Panel	Opens the filters panel, which enables you to filter the unallocated playbooks.
	Close Filters Panel	Closes the filters panel.

The following table describes the fields displayed in the Filters panel of the Mass Allocate Playbooks window.

Field	Description
Account	Search for and select an account to view the playbooks associated with it in the Unallocated Playbooks table.
End Date	Search for and select an end date to display the playbooks associated with the specified date range in the Unallocated Playbooks table. Note: By default, the date is set to one month from the current date.
Include Playbooks With No Date	If selected, playbooks with no associated dates display in the Unallocated Playbooks table.
Playbook	Search for and select a playbook to view the same in the Unallocated Playbooks table.
Region	Search for and select a region to view the playbooks associated with it in the Unallocated Playbooks table.
Role	Search for and select a role to view the playbooks associated with it in the Unallocated Playbooks table.
Start Date	Search for and select a start date to display the playbooks associated with the specified date range in the Unallocated Playbooks table. Note: By default, the date is set to one month prior to the current date.
